We welcome the friends and family of Sophie Isla Finlayson who is being baptised this morning.

Also a warm welcome to the friends and families of our young singers performing today.


Tea and coffee will be served, as usual, in the lower hall after the church service.  Everyone is welcome.


RETIRAL OFFERINGS will be gratefully received TODAY after the Morning Service, featuring the Nativity Service and Young Singers.  The collection will be shared between St Vincent’s Hospice, providing in-patient care and a day care service offering emotional and other support, Riverbrae Additional Support Needs School, providing an appropriate learning environment for pupils with individual special needs, and Mwandi Baby Milk Project, purchasing baby milk for children whose mothers are unable to provide this.


ELDER'S DISTRICT FWO ENVELOPES:  Would Elders please collect the FWO envelopes for their district from Irwin in Church today.


FOODBANK:  Although the Distribution Centre will be closed from 20 December until 6 January, we will be able to deliver our donations to one of the Foodbank outlets in Paisley – so do continue to donate. Grateful if we can remember that the needs do not disappear or take a Festive holiday!


CHRISTMAS CONCERT:  Bridge of Weir Choral's annual Christmas Concert is being held in St Columba Church, Kilmacolm tonight, at 7pm.  You can expect a tuneful programme with band and children's choir.  Tickets (£10) can be had from Peter McKerrell or at the door.





MONDAY 16 DECEMBER: CHIX WITH STIX invite anyone who are keen on knitting or crochet to come along and join this happy group on Monday mornings from 10-12 noon at the Killellan Halls.


TUESDAY 17 DECEMBER:  WEE BLETHER  For all those who enjoy a cuppa and a chat come and join the Wee Blether in the West Halls from 10.30am until 11.30am.  Everyone welcome.
